Retirement Plan Fee Factors

I recently came across an interesting study by Deloitte in an Investment Company Institute article located at http://www.ici.org/pressroom/news/11_news_deloitte_401k.  The article discusses different factors that affect retirement plan fees.  Some of the factors and the conclusion that greater plan commitment leads to lower fees may be surprising.
