Pension Management Versus Other Investor Management

The Wall Street Journal has an article, ” Pension Managers Become Opportunistic Amid Volatility: Survey”, on their website at http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10000872396390444358804578016861207402182.html.  The article discusses how managers of everyday investors have moved to more conservative investments.  In contrast, professional managers of retirement funds have moved toward more equities and active management.
