In Plan Roth Contribution Conversions

The recently passed American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 has expanded retirement plan options and is located at http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr8/text.  As indicated, the law now allows any participant to convert from traditional 401(k) balances to Roth balances.  It should be noted that potential conversions would still need to be allowed by the plan document.
